Robert W. Starnes is a decorated security expert and twice-published author with over 34 years of experience in counterterrorism, executive protection, and international law enforcement. His career highlights include protecting diplomats during civil unrest, thwarting terrorist plots, and leading high-risk rescue missions across the globe. He has provided dignitary protection for world leaders and received numerous honors, including an FBI Director’s Commendation and multiple State Department awards. In addition to serving with federal and state governments, Robert served as the executive manager for security at the Brazos River Authority and continues to share his expertise in protecting critical infrastructure.
