Online Teaching Quick Assistance

Getting help teaching online can start by contacting the Office of Distance and Extended Learning (distanceed@txstate.edu or 512-245-2322). To schedule a one-on-one course consultation with one of our course designers visit our Consultation Booking Tool. Our instructional design and course development team can help answer questions about:

  • How best to engage students online
  • How to organize online teaching for effective instruction
  • What tools might be best for a particular instructional purpose
  • What support services are available to students studying online
